Door mensgericht leiderschap zorg je op dagelijkse basis voor de veilige productie van een kwalitatief goed product. Daarnaast denk je mee over veranderingen en aanpassingen die mens en organisatie ontwikkelen en bestendig maken voor de toekomst.

De rol

Je vervult een voorbeeldfunctie en weet het BRF-team te stimuleren, motiveren en vooruit te brengen. Daarnaast realiseer je de vastgestelde productiedoelstellingen conform de normen voor kwaliteit, kosten, kwantiteit en tijdigheid en volgens de regelgeving inzake milieu, veiligheid en Arbo. Ook draag je zorg voor het beheer van de installaties en middelen.

Jij

Bent integraal verantwoordelijk voor;

Aansturen, aanspreken, coachen en ontwikkelen van je medewerkers. Door talent gedreven te werken weet jij het beste uit je medewerkers halen.

• Actief sturen naar gewenste kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve bezetting;
• Volgen van de werkprocessen in nauwe samenspraak met het plant management;
• Streven naar optimale samenwerking tussen continuïteit, dagdienst en ondersteunende afdelingen
• Toezien op het naleven van bedrijfs- en veiligheid (EHS) -voorschriften voor iedereen die zich op de plant bevindt en neemt (proactief) actie als deze in het geding dreigen te komen;
• Verantwoordelijk voor o.a. functioneren, beoordelen, verzuim, opleiding, training, promoties e.d. van je medewerkers;
• Monitoren en sturen op inzetbaarheid van medewerkers, zowel fysiek, mentaal als op vakinhoudelijk gebied;
• Denkt en doet actief mee aan plant overschrijdende initiatieven.

Wat vragen we van je:

• Bewezen HBO+ werk- en denkniveau. Minimaal MTS Proces, Vapro C (B) chemisch- of gelijkwaardig niveau
• Leidinggevende ervaring
• Ervaring met de processen binnen de chemische operatie
• Goed analytisch vermogen
• Ervaring met het managen van projecten
• Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels
• Teamplayer, coach en motivator
• Initiatief tonen
• Je hebt gewerkt in een HPO organisatie (High Performance Organization) en/of hebt een beeld welke succesfactoren hieraan bijdragen;
• Bereid om jezelf persoonlijk verder te ontwikkelen én in staat je medewerkers persoonlijk te (laten) ontwikkelen;
• Voorbeeldrol op de SABIC values (inspirerend, verbindend, creatief, resultaatgericht, integer);
• Besluitvaardig en resultaatgericht;
• Gedisciplineerd, vasthoudend, brengt zaken tot afronding.
