Sr Analyst, Planning and Operational Lead (Olgiate, Italy) - European Supply Chain Team
The European Functional Forms Supply Chain Department is a broad team responsible of different activities like finished goods planning, Inventory management, Distribution, Claims, Process improvements, Raw materials planning, DTW (Distribution, Transportation, Warehousing) cost control, Product Admin and Master Data.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating an efficient production planning based on demand & customer needs.
- Responsible for buying raw materials (e.g. Resin, pallets, masking) based on the needs of the production planning.
- Coordinate and lead planning or annual plant outages to ensure supply to customers. This includes cross-functional communication between manufacturing, inside sales and supply planning.
- Owner of the correct master data element, which need to be in place for APO-SNP planning.
- Inventory management: Tracking and managing stock levels for finished goods and raw materials.
- Responsible for the coordination of the production and logistics of cross poll key customers
- Work closely with the scheduler & quality to maintain the best sequencing of orders to be able to fulfil the customer needs
- Owner and responsible of the recycle flows within the site
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor and / or Master’s degree in Supply Chain (or Technical Degree Equivalent)
- Minimum 2 year experience within Supply Chain, planning, logistics and / or Operations
- Excellent Excel skills
- SAP OTC & APO skills
- Being able to deliver and come with solutions in a continuously changing environment
- Being able to see challenges from different angles and multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written (fluent) Italian and English
- Team Player
- Strong communication skills and capable to communicate at different levels in the organization
- Proactive and eager to take on projects
The incumbent should be able to Work independently in a rapid changing environment, taking responsibility for delivery of business expectations
Location: Bergen op Zoom, The Netherlands or Olgiate, Italy
Travel: up to 25% (regionally and globally depending on location)
