Senior Analyst, EHSS
Je maakt deel uit van een hecht en gedreven EHSS-team dat bestaat uit 5 specialisten. Samen vormen jullie het expertisecentrum voor de gehele locatie. In deze rol rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de EHSS Manager. Onze afdeling verleent service aan alle afdelingen binnen SHPP bv.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Sr Analyst, EHSS ben je een zichtbare aanjager van een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving. Je bent niet alleen een adviseur, maar ook een coach die afdelingen helpt om onze ambities waar te maken. Naast jouw rol als 'boots on the ground' is het takenpakket is veelzijdig:
- Je promoot proactief het EHSS-beleid en coacht teams om de veiligheidscultuur naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
- Je identificeert en evalueert gevaren, voert risicoanalyses uit en adviseert over effectieve beheersmaatregelen.
- Je ontwikkelt communicatiemiddelen (flyer/poster) en geeft/organiseert proactief trainingen om het EHSS- bewustzijn te vergroten.
- Je analyseert incidenten en data om trends te ontdekken en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbetervoorstellen.
- Je initieert en leidt EHSS-projecten en incidenten onderzoeken.
- Je houdt wet- en regelgeving scherp in de gaten en bent eigenaar van kritische onderdelen van ons OMS-managementsysteem (inclusief opstellen en reviewen van procedures).
- Je voert audits uit en begeleidt deze om de kwaliteit en veiligheid continu te waarborgen.
- Je beoordeelt VGWM-plannen voor shutdowns en voer je observaties uit. Daarnaast stuur je contractors aan op hun EHSS-prestaties.
Wat neem jij mee?
- MVK opleiding
- Brede en diepte kennis EHSS-management systemen
- Kennis relevante wet- en regelgeving
- Competenties: Onafhankelijk optreden, omgevingsbewust, kritisch analyseren, sensitief, consequent, overtuigend, toegewijd en reflecterend vermogen
- Brede industriële kennis, bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen een chemische- of compounding omgeving
- Auditor ervaring is een pré
