Ben jij een Procesoperator B of C en wil je werken in een moderne chemische fabriek met 26,5% ploegentoeslag en veel ontwikkelmogelijkheden?

SABIC in Bergen op Zoom zoekt Procesoperators voor onze Chloor- en Utilities installaties. In deze fabrieken worden essentiële grondstoffen geproduceerd en de energievoorzieningen geborgd voor onze kunststofproductie.

Je werkt in een uitdagende procesomgeving waar veiligheid, samenwerking en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Procesoperator Chemie / Plant Operator ben je samen met je ploeg verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en efficiënt laten draaien van de installaties.

Je werkzaamheden:

• Bedienen en bewaken van chemische productieprocessen (controlekamer en buiten)
• Uitvoeren van controlerondes en inspecties
• Signaleren en oplossen van procesafwijkingen
• Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieunormen
• Voorbereiden van installaties voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden
• Laden en lossen van grondstoffen en hulpstoffen
• Samenwerken met collega’s om de productie stabiel te houden
• Deelnemen aan procesverbeteringen en optimalisatieprojecten

Wat breng jij mee?

• Procesoperator B of Procesoperator C diploma (of vergelijkbaar)
• Ervaring in chemische industrie, petrochemie, energie of procesindustrie
• VCA-basis certificaat of bereid dit via SABIC te behalen
• Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen
• Teamspirit en goede communicatieve vaardigheden
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en basiskennis Engels

Onderdeel van de procedure zal zijn: VOG en medische keuring.
