Wat ga je doen als procesoperator bij SABIC?

Je houdt je bezig met het bewaken van de voortgang van het productieproces en corrigeert waar nodig. Voorop staat de veiligheid van jezelf, jouw collega’s, de omgeving en onze processen.
 

• Je bent in staat de productie- en logistieke installaties op een veilige en milieubewuste manier te bedienen
• Je signaleert procesafwijkingen en dankzij jouw zorgvuldigheid corrigeer je waar nodig.
• Je hebt een oog voor kwaliteit en dit helpt je in het bewaken van onze kwaliteit en procedures. Dit doe je voor je eigen veiligheid en die van anderen
• Je neemt deel aan verbeterprojecten voor de optimalisatie van het productieproces.
• Je zorgt er als ploeg voor dat onderbrekingen in de productie worden voorkomen of beperkt blijven.
• Je plant en organiseert de werkzaamheden op je dienst. Dit doe je door nauw samen te werken met collega’s.

Bij ons zal je intern worden opgeleid tot allround – operator. Dat wil zeggen dat je alle ins en outs van een fabriek leert kennen! Je zal onderdeel zijn van een hecht team van collega’s, die jou met alle plezier helpen in jouw ontwikkeling.

DIT BRENG JIJ MEE

• Afgeronde opleiding: Proces Operator C of Proces Operator B met relevante chemische ervaring.
• De wil en potentie om door te groeien richting HBO denk en werkniveau door het volgen van verdiepende opleidingen, middel managementopleiding of een volwaardige HBO opleiding.
• Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen en resultaatgericht.
• Je hebt sterke sociale vaardigheden, kunt anderen motiveren en enthousiasmeren. Je bent helder in je communicatie, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Je neemt graag het voortouw.
• Je bent innovatief en ondersteunt nieuwe ideeën en veranderingen.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed en hebt kennis van de Engelse taal
• In goede fysieke conditie; kandidaten worden als onderdeel van de selectieprocedure medisch gekeurd voor aanname en mogelijke deelname aan de ERT-organisatie.
