SABIC Specialties in Bergen op Zoom is per direct opzoek naar enthousiaste Mechatronica Monteurs, zowel starters als ervaren kandidaten.
Wat ga je doen als Mechatronica Monteur? Je houdt je bezig met het onderhoud van onze installaties in de fabrieken. Voorop staat de veiligheid van jezelf en jouw collega’s, onze processen en de omgeving. Daarnaast zal je intern opgeleid worden tot senior monteur, dat wil zeggen dat je alle ins en outs van onze fabrieken leert kennen! Je zal onderdeel zijn van een hecht team van collega’s.
JOUW BELANGRIJKSTE TAKEN
- Het oplossen van storingen aan onze installaties zowel mechanisch als elektronisch.
- Uitvoeren en begeleiden van reparatie-, revisie-, optimalisatie onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de installaties
- Uitvoeren van preventieve taken en verbeteringen
- Voorstellen doen ter verbetering op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en kosten in overleg met engineers van de maintenance en operations organisatie
- Het begeleiden van projecten en werkzaamheden door derden
- Het beheren, definiëren en deels verzorgen van technische documentatie binnen het vakgebied.
- Onderdeel van deze rol is het lopen van consignatiediensten
DIT BRENG JE MEE
- Een opleiding MBO niveau 3 /4 Elektrotechniek, WTB, Mechatronica of gelijkwaardig
- Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring als monteur
- Je ziet het oplossen van storingen en hett werken aan machines als een uitdaging
- Je bent zorgvuldig, resultaatgericht, zelfstandig en hebt doorzettingsvermogen
- Je kunt snel en accuraat inspelen op veranderingen
- Je bent een teamplayer en in het bezit van goede communicatieve vaardigheden, Engels
WIJ BIEDEN JOU, DAARNAAST
- Boven op het startsalaris ontvang je een maandelijkse uitbetaling van: persoonlijk budget (5,1% van het jaarsalaris) en van 4 ATV dagen (1,6% van het jaarsalaris)
- Een 13e maand en vakantiegeld
- 25 vakantiedagen en 9 ATV dagen
- Een vast contract en de mogelijkheid tot parttime werken
- Uitstekende pensioenregeling met een zeer lage werknemersbijdrage (en daarmee een mooie bruto netto verhouding)
- Aantrekkelijke consignatievergoeding (9,5% van het maandsalaris bij zevendaagse consignatie)
- Optimale verlofregelingen; naast je vakantiedagen ontvang je een persoonlijk budget (5,1% van het jaarsalaris) welke te besteden is voor uitbetaling, extra verlof of persoonlijke ontwikkeling
- Een extra variabele beloning tot 3% per jaar
