NL:

  • Je begeleidt medewerkers bij verzuim en re-integratie en voert zelfstandig spreekuren.
  • Je adviseert medewerkers én leidinggevenden over gezondheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid.
  • Je stelt rapportages op en schakelt met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je ontwikkelt en ondersteunt preventieprogramma’s rondom vitaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je bent betrokken bij keuringen, vaccinaties en reizigersbegeleiding, EHBO.
  • Je werkt aan thema’s zoals ergonomie, mentale gezondheid en leefstijl.
  • Je stimuleert gezond en veilig gedrag binnen de organisatie.

EN:

  • You support employees during absenteeism and reintegration and conduct independent consultations.
  • You advise employees and managers on health and sustainable employability.
  • You prepare reports and collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • You contribute to prevention programs focused on vitality and safety.
  • You are involved in medical checks, vaccinations, and travel health support, first aid.
  • You work on topics such as ergonomics, mental health, and lifestyle.
  • You promote healthy and safe behavior across the organization.

 

What Matters to the Company | Wat breng je mee?

NL:

  • BIG-geregistreerde verpleegkundige (HBO-V of A).
  • Arboverpleegkundige of bereidheid om deze opleiding te volgen.
  • Affiniteit met ergonomie, psychosociale problematiek en verzuimwetgeving.
  • Interesse in coaching en leefstijlbeïnvloeding.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stressbestendigheid.
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
  • Rijbewijs B en vaardig met MS Office.

EN:

  • Registered nurse (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) with valid BIG registration.
  • Occupational Health Nurse or willing to obtain certification.
  • Affinity with ergonomics, psychosocial topics, and occupational health legislation.
  • Interest in coaching and lifestyle improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and resilience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and good command of English.
  • Driver’s license (B) and proficient in MS Office.
