Sr. Engineer, India O&M

Location:  India-Bangalore 



  • Responsible for HVAC ,MEP operations with BMS (Building management system), Maintenance & upkeep of the equipment and Utilities.

  • Plan & execute preventive maintenance schedules of HVAC equipment and Utility Equipment to increase machine up time & equipment reliability resulting in greater equipment availability.

  • Execution of expansion HVAC & MEP projects. Site co-ordination with subcontractors, OEMs, Architects, consultants for the completion of projects. Handling Material & manpower management.

  • Handling all MEP construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of installations in coordination with site management personnel                                                                                                           



  • Plan & effective Execution of preventive maintenance schedules of HVAC equipment and Utility Equipment's to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.                                  

  • Managing the budget as per plan                                      

  • Improve efficiency with continuous monitoring and better utilization of resources

  • On time closure of safety improvement observation and Maintenance ticket

  • Year on year energy saving with Energy optimization projects                                       



  • Graduate / Post Graduate in Mechanical Engineering                              

  • Minimum 10+ years experience required in HVAC, Utility Maintenance                

  • Comprehensive experience in HVAC designing & installation of Piping with instrumentation, Ducting with accessories.

  • Hands on experience on troubleshooting of Mechanical breakdowns.

  • Basic Knowledge in Predictive maintenance.

  • Operation and Maintenance of plant equipment and utilities such as Chillers (Air cooled and water cooled), compressors, Driers,  Nitrogen plant etc.

  • Experience in Utility maintenance              

  • Communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Hands on Experience in Best Business practises like in KAIZEN, 7 QC Tools, 5S, TPM, Why-Why Analysis, Thermography and Vibration analysis, Root Cause Analysis and CAPA

  • Exposure to MS Office , SAP ERP etc.

  • Able to learn continuously and grow, Able to find improvements & Create efficiency

  • Able to interface and manage external vendors
