Sr. Administrator

Org Unit Name:  India O&M
Location:  India-Bangalore 




Handle facility services in the field of cafeteria management, housekeeping services, workspace allocation management, employee transport services, landscape maintenance, travel and visa services, hotel and accommodation, front office services, general office services like post and courier services, stationery, cab services, lab attenders support services, sports and gym facility services.


Job Responsibilities

  • Implementation of ISO 14001, OHASHAS and EHSS with respect to facility services
  • Handling high level customer’s visit
  • Food menu preparation with calories in consultation with the caterers
  • Co-ordinate with different stake holders in organizing events related to Organizational requirements, specific requirement relevant to technical departments
  • Responsible for tracking statutory compliances related to facility services
  • Implementation of FSSAI standards in cafeteria
  • Plan and procure the perishable food items and ensure FIFO is followed
  • Responsible for maintenance of equipment related to facility services
  • Budget management and budget tracking
  • End to end employee transport and cab services
  • Responsible for monitoring vehicle and driver documents
  • Maintain the necessary documents relevant to cab services, monitor the movement of cabs through the best available technology and ensure the necessary safety precaution are taken during the travel of  employees, customers and senior executives
  • Responsible for creating new ideas/concepts in improving the landscaping services
  • Responsible for pest control services
  • Ensure the premises is maintained hygiene and safe by following the best practices and free from rodents etc.
  • Responsible for managing raw water, drinking water as  per IS 10500 standards
  • Responsible for meeting room maintenance, stock maintenance of facility services including purchase requests in SAP, follow procurement guidelines, monitor service quality
  • Responsible for processing the invoices related to facility services
  • Responsible for key management of drawers and cup boards
  • Ensure the Reception is maintained at Higher standard as per SABIC requirement
  • Responsible for tracking the stationery items, monitor the consumption and manage the cost as per requirements
  • Responsible for maintaining the sports and gym requirements and upkeep the service level is maintained
  • Ensuring the support staff undergoes necessary training as per EHSS and assist the scientist in the lab as per guidelines and requirements
  • Co-ordinate with EHSS, Finance and Indirect tax team for the required approvals while handling waste management
  • Support travel, Visa process, ticketing & hotel accommodations




  • Degree or Diploma (3 years) in Hotel management and catering technology                                          
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in the field of Admin/Facilities. Should have worked for MNC /Hotel/Catering industry         


  • Should have good knowledge in operating MS office, SAP and presentation skills      


  • Knowledge on  local area and local language will be added advantage      


  • Knowledge on digitization tool or any other technology to improve and maintain the quality of facility services
