Role Overview:
Manage regional logistics operations for shipments to Asia, collaborating closely with manufacturing plants and warehouses. The objective is to drive on-time delivery, preserve product quality, and minimize costs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics & 4PL Oversight: Oversee end-to-end inbound and outbound shipments, actively monitoring bookings and execution managed by the contracted 4PL.
- Vendor & Invoice Management: Process vendor invoices and accurately enter shipment costs into SAP in alignment with agreed-upon contractual terms.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Prepare and distribute cargo movement reports and 4PL performance metrics to internal stakeholders and service providers.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Conduct routine stock-takes, manage facility inventory, and deliver critical supply chain reports.
- Dispute Resolution: Investigate and resolve cargo-related complaints and freight claims efficiently.
- Process Optimization: Assist senior analysts in troubeshooting shipment bottlenecks and identifying areas to reduce logistics spend.
- Cross-Function Spport: Coordinate with Customer Service, Planning, Manufacturing site and Logistics Providers to track orders and resolve delivery issues.
- Operational Support: Assist the Supervisor and Regional Manager with daily operational tasks and facility management duties.
